We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, scents, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate. All products are subject to availability.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated, not guaranteed. Sweeta Candle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@sweetacandle.com within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used candles.

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Sweeta Candle and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Sweeta Candle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Always follow proper candle safety guidelines when using our products.
