How long will my candle last?
Our candles burn for 40–60 hours depending on the size, giving you plenty of long-lasting fragrance and ambiance.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn. On your first light, let the wax melt to the edges before blowing out — this prevents tunneling. Avoid drafts, and never burn more than 4 hours at a time.
How is Sweeta Candle eco-friendly?
We use 100% soy wax and clean fragrances — no toxins, no harsh chemicals. Better for you, better for your home, better for the planet.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us at hello@sweetacandle.com within 7 days of receiving your order and our team will assist you promptly.
Can I reuse the jar?
Absolutely. Once your candle is finished, clean the jar with warm soapy water and repurpose it however you like. It's designed to last beyond the last burn.
How strong is the scent throw?
Our candles are crafted to fill a room with a balanced, consistent fragrance — noticeable without being overwhelming.
Are your candles safe around pets?
We recommend keeping lit candles out of reach of pets and never leaving a burning candle unattended.
